Graphic Request Form

Rules:

Here at Eternal Happiness we strive to keep our requesters happy by providing the graphics that are eye-catching and amazing. However we need to provide a few rules for our requesters to follow and hopefully, I won't have a blacklist.


1. All graphics take time as they need to be created and uploaded, so DO NOT bash the ChatBox with questions as to when it will be done. If your request takes more than 3 weeks, I will talk to the designer and things should be solved and your request posted.


2. You MUST NOT request graphics from any other site once you have requested us, or if you have already requested from another site, DO NOT request from us. All designers have the right to change pictures with or without consent, to ensure that your graphics are of the best quality. 

3.There is a maximum limit of 8 photos per poster. ALL graphics provided must be either full profile shots, or full body shots. If half the character's head is missing please find another photo. Some designer's are more tolerant than others, if you really want to use the photo, you can include it in your form, but also provide one that is suitable in case the designer can't work with the first one. If you're still not sure, please look at the examples.
E.G: 
Acceptable: 1 2 3
Not Acceptable: 1 2 3
      
Graphic designers spend a lot of time on their designs so be respectful as they are doing this for free, and purely out of love.  


4.You MUST tag the chatbox after you fill out a form, other wise your form may become lost in the world-wide-web and never reach me. You MUST also tag the chatbox after you pick up your graphics, fail to do so, may result in blacklistings.


5. If there is something that doesn't match the criteria you gave and you are not happy with it, DO NOT abuse the designer, just calmly send me an e-mail with the changes. If you have read the rules and agree to them, click on the word Eternal.
